New school networks receive seven days to onboard staff, verify branch boundaries, test Paynow billing, and review the ERP foundation before paid access begins.
Branch seats
Base subscriptions are charged per school branch seat with unlimited students in that branch.
Paynow billing
Paid access resumes after Paynow verifies a web or mobile-money payment.
Optional AI
AI is billed at $5 per selected student per term; teachers are included for subscribed students.
After the trial expires, access is locked except for billing, payment, logout, email verification, and account/security routes. The lock is intended to protect paid service boundaries while still letting the school recover access without support delays.
If a network uses more active branches than it has purchased seats for, the existing branches remain visible, but new active branches are blocked until additional seats are purchased or unused branches are archived.
Subscription terms, payment provider behavior, settlement reporting, tax handling, discounts, PDF invoices, and richer finance workflows may be expanded in later billing and finance modules.
